  • Vicki Kyriakidis

    Remedial Massage Therapist

I have been practicing Remedial Massage since 2006, and believe that massage is more than just treating your painful spots. I look at the body as a whole, and also treat the other muscles that have been affected and contributing to the problem. I don’t “beat” the muscles, but use a combination of introductory strokes and deep tissue techniques to break down adhesions that affect your movements. I educate my clients about these sore muscles, what movements are causing their pain and how massage and exercise will help. The result is a body that moves more efficiently. I regularly weight train, and practice yoga and Pilates. I enjoy reading, cinema, music, and good tv. I have been a visual artist my whole life.
